Cats and Kisses
This has to be the best movie kiss of all time. Tears in the rain, matching beige macs and a ginger cat squished in between. I have always wanted a ginger tabby to call 'Cat' and he would be my no-name slob. Neither of us would belong to anybody. We wouldn't even belong to each other. A match made in heaven.

Let me...
...share something amazing with you....behold...SMUG! And, believe me, I truly do feel smug after stumbling upon this amazing website. Feel free to jump up and down. SMUG, located at 13 Camden Passage in Islington, comes from interior and graphic designer Lizzie Evans who has turned a shop in Camden into a treasure trove of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Forget food and bodily necessities, I'll be spending every last penny I earn from now on here...in my dreams!
Have any of these pieces inspired you to create something truly wonderful? Please share your thoughts, I'm dying to know which are your favourites. I can't decide!
Granny Would Be Proud comes to Manchester
Happy March readers! It's been a few days since my last post and I've been a busy bee! I've had an amazing start to this month: my job interview went very well and a few days later I received a phone call asking me to start next week, my application to take part in a ReetSweet fair at Leeds Corn Exchange next month was accepted and....I've been accepted as a stall holder at the first ever Granny Would Be Proud fair in Manchester!
'Granny Would Be Proud' started up two years ago in Glasgow, showcasing the latest talent in vintage fashion, cupcakery, art and craft twice a month. They are now planning to expand, starting with fairs in Manchester from this May (woop!). This is a one-stop-shop for all you avid collectors of classic vintage pieces, quirky accessories and kitsch gems. They even have a retro photo booth for people who really want to feel like they've stepped back in time! I am honestly so excited to be a part of this; it is going to be epic.
The next Glasgow fair is Sunday 13th March, if you're in the area! Failing that, come and see Truly Scrumpy at the Manchester fair on 8th April!
